Business Development Manager

Brazen, a leading HR Tech software platform that helps clients improve their hiring experience and process, is looking for a driven, goal-oriented Business Development Manager to champion our proven product during a period of rapid growth. On any given day you'll be conducting discovery calls, qualifying prospects, demonstrating our product, creating cases studies, preparing contracts - all while hitting and exceeding your sales goals.

In this job you will:

  • Uncover promising potential clients through consultative sales and probing questions
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects - from conducting discovery calls, replying to emails, doing product demos, creating case studies, constructing proposals, and getting contracts signed
  • Meet (and beat!) your individual sales goals alongside like-minded teammates (who also like to compete sometimes, but just a bit)
  • Collaborate with a growing team to improve our sales processes to better qualify leads and then get to yes

What makes you a great fit for this role:

  • Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years of sales experience is preferred. Experience or interest selling SaaS into HR/Recruiting or Marketing is a major plus
  • You have an expert ability to qualify promising leads by identifying a client's pain points (and understanding whether our product will meet their needs or not)
  • You're goal-oriented and motivated to reach and surpass expectations
  • You're data-driven and keen to try experiments to improve your results
  • You have knowledge of SaaS enterprise sales cycles, tactics and challenges
  • You like being resourceful internally, collaborating with your fellow sales team members to help create compelling case studies and decks for prospective clients
