What we're looking for:

 

We're looking for a dynamic and talented Communications Manager who can lead all of our Communications, Analyst Relations  and Content Marketing efforts and hyper-charge our growth as we quickly scale the Company. The Communications Manager will plan and execute an overall content and communications plan focused on industry awareness and demand generation with the clear goal of getting the company's message in front of the right people at the right time and driving organic inbound leads.

 

Your role and responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the company's content and communications initiatives: including Messaging, the Blog, Social, Long-Form Content, Analyst Relations and Press Relations
  • Develop and nurture organic content distribution partnerships such as newsletters, aggregators, industry focused websites,  podcasts, etc.
  • Establish strong relationships between the communications and marketing function and other functional peers, with special emphasis on the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Measure all KPIs religiously to ensure we are moving in the right direction and dramatically growing the quantity and quality of organic inbound leads.
  • Guide and unify the creative direction of the brand and overall messaging for the company.
  • Manage and direct an external PR team and content contributors when necessary

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • 3-7 years experience in B2B communications within Software/SaaS
  • Experience managing and executing a content marketing strategy
  • Experience managing and working with a PR firm
  • Experience with analyst and press relations
  • Obsessed with messaging, wordsmithing, brand alignment and purposeful communications
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Wordpress and Salesforce
  • Ability to manage both short-term and long-term priorities simultaneously
